I think it's a great question. Cause he's trying to go, uh, from B2B or target B2B. So he has a general contractor who wants to target commercial business owners only. Do you have any recommendations on the copy and target audiences that he should use? Okay. So they own the office building.
I would assume, uh, they own or lease and need a general contractor if they lease. They're probably not gonna need a general contractor. That's my guess. But I don't know, because I don't know any commercial property. I didn't even want any, but check it out, check it to check it, to check a check, check it out.
Y'all what you can do up in her is throw hard and deep over here. And. Sorry, just to clarify real quick, his client is the general contractor wants to get in front of the rest or the business owners. I got you blood. I know what she's saying. Um, okay. So let me get out of here. Alrighty. And kill off all of these things that did not sound good.
That came out wrong. I took what to kill off some children that are toddlers. That's not what I meant. Um, NSA, please do not come kill me. All right. So let's just say again, that my man's office is a 1900
and Miami beach, Florida. Okay. Maybe that's the address of the regalia where I used to live. Maybe that's why that stuck in my head. I can't remember now. All right. And we'll go with, uh, I don't know. I'd keep that age the same, really. Even if they're young, they might, you know, they might work there or whatever, and be tasked with the assignment of finding something.
So here's one thing we can do. We got everybody that let's say your service area is 10 miles. Um, maybe let's expand it. Let's say, you know, you're willing to go nuts and drive 20 miles. To go and do the job there. Right. So we got 2.4 million people there. Um, and that's a lot, so we can come here and get kind of a, kind of funky by going on visit.
I think it's demographics. Uh, no, it's interesting. Sorry. So hang on small.
Small business owners. Right. And so there's a gazillion different suggestions under here, you know? So like all of these guys, home business, obviously not, um, are good targets. Right. And so hit them. And then your copy is something like, do you own commercial property that needs remodeling? Or whatever, read this before you hire a contractor or even better.
We this, before you hire a contractor. To, you know, renovate or whatever it is you do, you know whether, so if it's remodeling or building, so insert actual specifics there. So my remodeling guy is read this before you hire, or before you remodel your kitchen. So yours is read this before you do X to your commercial property, and that's calling out to the commercial property owner.
I'd also test by the way, literally everybody. Cause it's, it's so cheap, you know? And so I'd have all of these interests as ad sets and then I would have one that's just everybody in that area and see what the dog whistle copy does for you. Everybody is smart thinking. Occasionally
what I say together now we had a client that just crushed, like someone just landed a $20,000, new, old, or sand or guys and joking around with the team. I was like, I can't believe this stuff works. I'm just making it up between the shifts at the Denny's
